Processing Schedule:

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM EST → shipped the same day.

No processing, shipping, or deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Overnight shipments dispatched on Friday will arrive Monday (not Saturday).

You may co-wash, condition, and gently heat-style the hair only while the security ties remain intact, Removing the security ties or altering the product in any way voids eligibility for a return or exchange.
1.3 Appointment Scheduling
Customers should not schedule hair appointments or installations before receiving their order and confirming satisfaction with the product.
This ensures any concerns can be addressed before the hair is used.
2. 30 DAYS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
Customers may return or exchange unused and unaltered hair extensions within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Products remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition, with security ties fully intact.

Items are returned in their original, resalable packaging, with no cutting, coloring, bleaching, or modifications.
3. POST-INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 Altered Products
One Love Hair GmbH does not accept returns or exchanges for hair that has been:

Cut, dyed, bleached, toned, or chemically treated

Installed or partially installed

Modified in any way that changes its original condition
3.2 Defect Reporting
Only concerns reported while the product is in its original, unused state are considered valid defect claims, Issues reported after installation or alteration will not be classified as product defects.
4. MERCHANDISE CONDITION
Any merchandise returned without intact security ties, or not in original condition, will be refused and returned to the customer without refund.
