As with all unprocessed hair, the natural level of eumelanin varies from donor to donor, which may cause some strands to lighten more slowly than others. For optimal results and to preserve the hair’s integrity, we strongly recommend that all bleaching and coloring be performed by a licensed professional colorist.

If you choose to color the hair yourself, please conduct a strand test prior to full application.
Kindly note that once the hair has been chemically altered, it becomes ineligible for returns or exchanges, and our ability to provide aftercare support may be limited.
