Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene-Sealed Human Hair Products
Our products are made from 100% real human hair, which is a highly sensitive hygiene-related product. For health protection and hygiene reasons, all hair extensions and wigs are delivered in sealed packaging. If the hygiene seal is opened or removed after delivery, the product is no longer eligible for return in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Sale & Discount Items:

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are not eligible for cash refunds. These items are eligible for exchange or store credit

If such items are returned in accordance with our return policy, customers will receive store credit in the form of a voucher for the full purchase amount.

• Customers will receive 100% store credit (full value of the product)

• No deductions, restocking fees, or additional charges will be applied

• The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue

• Store credit can be used for any product on our website

In addition, we will provide an extra 10% bonus Store credit as a goodwill gesture.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

The store credit will be valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
