Order Processing & Cut of time

At One Love Hair GmbH, we ensure fast and reliable shipment of all premium hair products. Please review the processing and shipping terms below.

Processing Schedule:

* All orders are processed within up to 3 working days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
* Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
* Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to high demand.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Once an order is submitted, no modifications are allowed including changes to product selection, shipping method, delivery address, or cancellation.


Signature on Delivery

Your shipment may require a signature upon delivery.
If you are unavailable, you may request carrier pickup at a nearby location.


Shipping Carriers & Delays

We ship using UPS and DHL as our primary carriers.

Please note:

  • If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly and open a case before contacting us.

  • Shipping delays including overnight shipping are beyond our control, which we cannot be responsible for and no refunds will be issued for such delays.

One Love Hair GmbH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages, and such cases are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges are imposed by the government of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

One Love Hair GmbH has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount. We recommend checking with your local authorities for more information before placing your order.

Shipping Insurance & Liability

All our shipments are covered by shipping insurance through our courier partners. This ensures that in the rare event of a lost or stolen package during transit, a claim can be initiated with the shipping provider.

Please note:

* Once the package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
* In case of a missing or stolen parcel, an official investigation must be completed by the courier before any resolution can be provided.
* We will fully assist in initiating and supporting the claim process.
* Resolutions (replacement or compensation) are subject to the courier’s investigation outcome and insurance approval.
